Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for refund or exchange with our prior consent within 14 days of order. Such returns must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, postage paid in an unused re-saleable condition complete with all packaging and fixings provided, quoting the relevant order number and clearly marked with returns number provided by our Customer Services department. Returned goods will not be accepted without the correct returns number clearly marked on the packaging.
A 10% re-stocking charge of will be made on unwanted or incorrectly ordered items not reported within 14 days from order date . Additional re-stocking charges will be made for retuned bespoke products (any special order workshop adapted items e.g. keyed alike locks, alternative key colours) This charge is the cost incurred for us to return the product back to its original state. 
Special order or bespoke items will not be accepted for refund or exchange. These include extra keys or workshop adapted items to the buyers specifications which cannot be reconfigured to their original state. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been recieved and inspected by us, in the same condition they were sold. Any costs incurred to us shall be deducted from the refund amount. These include special order charges, carriage, original postage & packaging or rehandling if applicable.
