All in stock items ordered before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day (except weekend & bank holidays) . Special orders, bespoke workshop adapted products or locks requiring extra keys may be delayed if workshops are busy and will be dispatched when ready.
Please note: We strongly advise that key orders should be delivered to a different address to where the locks are installed if possible for your security.

Royal Mail Post (Economy)
Royal Mail Economy orders are usually attempted within 1-3 working days, however delays are possible and on rare occasions can take up to 10 working days (2-3 days NI & Scottish Highlands) . Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed by selecting this delivery option. No tracking or proof of delivery is available with this delivery option (Current Royal Mail statistics show 76% of deliveries using this option are made next day)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked Post
Royal Mail Tracked orders are usually attempted within 1-2 working days with order tracking, however delays are possible and on rare occasions can take up to 10 working days. (2-3 days NI & Scottish Highlands) Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed by selecting this delivery option. Please include your mobile number on your order as this will be required to enable Royal Mail to provide tracking information to you. (Current Royal Mail statistics show 84% of deliveries using this option are made next day)
Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed Post
As Tracked option but a signature will be required on delivery. (Recommended for sensitive/security items). PLEASE NOTE If no one is available to sign at the property, the post person is allowed to sign for the parcel themselves with picture evidence of delivery.
Fedex/DHL/DPD Direct Delivery
This free backup upgrade is used if/when service is affected by non-collection or system issues with Royal Mail.
