Your Cisa locks original keys are marked with your key code which can be used to order keys. For your security we recommend that keys are supplied without this number.

Please ensure that the last two characters in your code number are the letters 'AE' or "AG" before placing your order.

We strongly advise to have keys delivered to a friend, relation or your workplace address if, in the extremely unlikely event that they get lost in the post. (may not be available using PayPal payment method)

Your address will not be contained with the keys, or on the parcel, so it is impossible to determine your personal details and location.
