APECS AP Series High-Security Cylinders

The APECS AP is a range of high security Anti-Snap BSI TS007:3 Star Kite marked, Sold Secure Diamond Standard lock cylinders which offers maximum protection from unauthorised entry by burglars. It safeguards from all forced attack methods from snapping, drilling, plug-extraction, picking and bumping.

The APECS AP cylinder is engineered with a unique sacrificial point. When snapped, the interlocking cam mechanism is triggered into action, preventing entry by deadlocking the cam, whilst still allowing the lock to be operable from inside.

In the event of snapping, the home owner can still operate the door and exit the property due to the locks unique mechanism which is engaged when the external section is snapped off.
