Returns

Consumer purchases (Non commercial)

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for refund or exchange with our prior consent if reported within 14 days of receipt. Such returns must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, postage paid in an unused re-saleable condition complete with all packaging in tact and fixings provided, quoting the relevant order number and clearly marked with returns number provided by our Customer Services department. Returned goods will not be accepted without the correct returns number clearly marked on the packaging.

A re-stocking charge will be made on unwanted or incorrectly ordered stock items not reported within 14 days from receipt. Additional re-stocking charges will be made for returned workshop adapted products to customer specification (any special order workshop adapted items e.g. keyed alike locks, alternative key colours) This charge is the cost incurred for us to return the product back to its original state. 

Special factory ordered/bespoke items will not be accepted for refund or exchange. These include additional  keys or factory workshop adapted items to the buyers specifications which cannot be reconfigured to their original state. A 20% re handling charge will be made for orders of quantities of product above our maximum stock level - We will advise the customer if any products will be charged re handling before despatch for acknowledgement.

Refunds cannot be issued until the goods have been received and inspected, in the same condition they were sold. Any costs incurred to us shall be deducted from the refund amount. These include special order charges, carriage, original postage & packaging or re handling if applicable.

Commercial purchases (business to business)

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for refund or exchange with our prior consent within 14 days of receipt. Such returns must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, postage paid in an unused re-saleable condition complete with all packaging in tact and fixings provided, quoting the relevant order number and clearly marked with returns number provided by our Customer Services department. Returned goods will not be accepted without the correct returns number clearly marked on the packaging.

A 10% re-stocking charge of will be made on unwanted or incorrectly ordered stock items plus original delivery costs. A 20% re-stocking charge will be made for incorrectly ordered and returned goods above our maximum stock levels plus any delivery charges made by our suppliers (We will contact the customer if any products ordered will be charged at this rate before despatch for acknowledgement before processing the order).
